Join us in celebrating the festivals of the Lord! Sukkot, the feast of booths, commemorates the wandering of the children of Israel in the desert when God commanded them to live in booths and it celebrates His presence that dwelt among them in the tabernacle during those forty years. Fast forward to Jesus's birth as the inaugural fulfillment of this feast! Jesus (Immanuel) took on human flesh in order to“dwell” with us (John 1:14). This is the very essence of Sukkot; God becoming a man (Jesus) and dwelling among us. During this feast we celebrate the incarnation of God in the birth of Jesus as the initial fulfillment of the meaning and promise of Sukkot! "You shall celebrate it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It is a statute FOREVER throughout your generations; you shall celebrate it in the seventh month" (Lev 23:41). 2 to a Room: $251.00 per person
3 to a Room: $201.34 per person

Children ages 6 - 12: $64.00 per person
Children ages 5 and Under: $0 per person

Rates are per person, based on age, and are based on a stay of three days, two nights (any change to the length of stay will involve a price change). Rooms are capped at 6 persons per room. To calculate your room rate including children please use the following formula: [$149.00 + (# of adults x $51.00) + (# of children (6-12) x $32.00)] x 2 Days. Taxes are not included in listed rates.

Sukkot Reservation Information

Your conference lodge room package includes accommodations plus three meals per day, beginning with the evening meal on arrival  and ending with the noon meal on departure.  On-site complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs.  Archery, horseback riding, and craft projects are available on-site for a fee.    

To make and confirm an accommodation reservation for your group’s event:

1. Click on the booking link below.

2. Select the group arrival and departure date.

3. Enter the group code (listed below).

4. Enter the number of ADULTS (age 13 and over considered an adult for meal pricing).

For any children age 6-12 years staying in the room with a parent, include in the Comment section the names of children and their ages. If applicable, meal prices for children will be added to your reservation prior to arrival. Child meal prices 2024-2025 season ages 6-12 years: Breakfast - $7.50, Lunch - $10.00, Dinner - $14.50. Children 5 and under: no charge

Please note that a 35% deposit payable to the YMCA is due when making a reservation. Upon receipt of the 35% deposit by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you. 

Application to individual reservations of any monies already paid directly to the Group Leader or to the Group is at the discretion of the Group Leader after check out, and will not appear on your lodging confirmation when the 35% deposit is paid.  Payment of any amount by an individual directly to the Group Leader or Group does not constitute having accommodations held on behalf of the payee.  Lodging reservations and a 35% deposit must be made directly with the YMCA by attendees.
