Shaina McLellan joined The Harvest staff in 2015 as the Ministry Intern. Ms. McLellan successfully completed this internship and was promoted in January of 2018 to the position of Community Life Coordinator. She is responsible for cultivating, strengthening, and supporting healthy, relationships between members, regular attenders, and visitors that glorify Jesus and foster a greater sense of belonging and involvement. Ms. McLellan also plays a key role in the coordination and management of The Harvest’s core events, website content and social media platforms. In addition, she provides administrative and ministerial support to the pastoral staff and oversees several ministries.

Ms. McLellan has been exposed to and involved in ministry since a young age and has served in a variety of capacities including children’s and youth ministry, dance ministry, small groups, and missions. She previously served as the Student Chaplain for Campion Academy and has also served in several administrative positions. She was awarded the Female Student of the Year Award for her high academic achievement, community service, and spiritual leadership.

Shaina is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in sociology at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
