Council Of the Prophet's
COP's
As initiated and led by the Senior Pastor, the primary goals and objectives of the Council Of the Prophet's are to:
1. Serve, assist and advise the Senior Pastor as it relates to Prophetic matters.
2. Be the eyes and ears of the congregation.
3. Seek God on behalf of the congregation (intercession).
4. Serve, assist, and advise the Staff, Elders, Board of Directors, other councils, the congregation, individuals, groups or organizations in or out of our assembly including, but not limited to civil, economic, political and religious entities.
5. Be responsible to help raise up ministries related to Office of the Prophet, such as prophetic classes and Intercession groups, prayer ministry teams, personnel prophetic teams, LTS classes and practicums and to help identify and recommend other prophetically gifted individuals.
6. Be responsible to assist in birthing, establishing and sustaining congregational plants by serving in an advisory role to the elders, other councils and boards in relationship to new plants while being actively involved from the beginning of the plant until the plant is fully established with its own prophetic council.
